چکیده

Objective: To analyse the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging in treatment of Hepatic Veno-Occlusive Disease (HVOD). Methods: 30 cases of hepatic veno-occlusive disease treated in our hospital from January 12, 2015 to January 12, 2016 were selected as the objects and all patients were treated with multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging. Results: All patients suffered degrees of liver injury and imaging examination results showed such symptoms as increased liver mass, liver ascites and uneven signal. Accuracy rate of the imaging diagnosis highly reached 93.33% with mere 2 cases of misdiagnosis. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging have moderately high diagnostic accuracy in treatment of hepatic veno occlusive disease, enabling to carefully observe actual pathological changes of the patients and guide follow-up treatment of the disease thereby.

Computed tomography findings of hepatic veno-occlusive disease caused by Sedum aizoon with histopathological correlation.

This study investigated the value of computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD) caused by Sedum aizoon (SA). The clinical manifestations, treatment results, imaging findings, and histological findings of the liver were analyzed in 39 patients with HVOD caused by SA. Hepatomegaly, liver dysfunction, abdominal effusion, and geographic density ...

The value of multi-slice spiral CT portography combined with functional magnetic resonance imaging observation of brain activity on the degree of liver cirrhosis and the prediction of hepatic encephalopathy risk

Objective: We sought to analyse the value of the multi-slice spiral CT portography combined with functional Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging observation of brain activity on the degree of liver cirrhosis and the occurrence risk of Hepatic Encephalopathy (HE). Methods: 68 cases of liver cirrhosis selected from our hospital during March, 2011-March, 2014 were divided into mild HE group (n=26), sev...

Hepatic veno-occlusive disease related to tacrolimus after pancreas transplantation.

Hepatic veno-occlusive disease (HVOD) describes the nonthrombotic, fibrous obliteration of the small centrilobular hepatic veins by connective tissue and centrilobular necrosis in zone 3 of the acini. Occlusion of the terminal venules of the liver might result in HVOD with the characteristic clinical findings of painful hepatomegaly, ascites, jaundice, and weight gain for more than 5% of patien...

Pseudo-CT Generation from Magnetic Resonance Imaging by fuzzy look up table algorithm

Introduction: Despite growing interest in the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the external radiotherapy design process (RT), Computer Tomography (CT) remains a gold standard and is regarded as a basic imaging modality in radiotherapy. MRI shows the high contrast in soft tissues without any radiation exposure to patients. As a result, MRI is used in functional tissue ...
